Ansys è un prodotto Ansys Inc.

Ansys Motion è una soluzione software di nuova generazione dedicata all’analisi dinamica multibody. Esso consente un'analisi rapida e accurata per una vasta gamma di problematiche legate ai sistemi meccanici: vibrazioni, performance di movimentazione, stato di stress e deformazione dei componenti, vita a fatica.

Ansys Motion utilizza quattro schemi di risoluzione (corpo rigido, corpo flessibile, EasyFlex modale e meshless) strettamente integrati e combinabili tra loro per realizzare analisi rapide ed efficienti.

Avvalendosi del metodo di integrazione implicito, Ansys Motion garantisce soluzioni accurate e stabili, anche con assemblati da molti milioni di gradi di libertà.
Dalle ultime versioni il pre-processing è completamente integrato nell’interfaccia Mechanical, riducendo così i tempi di setup dell’analisi e consentendo di riutilizzare un modello per molti scopi.

Oltre al pacchetto base, Ansys Motion offre toolkit aggiuntivi, verticalizzati per coloro che hanno l’esigenza di condurre analisi dinamiche multibody specifiche per determinati campi applicativi:

  • Ansys Motion Car – Modellazione di sistemi meccanici utilizzati per la guida e la movimentazione del veicolo, ad esempio, sistema di sospensione, sistema di sterzo, freni.
  • Ansys Motion Drivetrain – Analisi di dettaglio su dispositivi di trasmissione di potenza, quali ingranaggi, cuscinetti, alberi, alloggiamenti.
