Nasce un nuovo polo, italiano ed europeo, per favorire la trasformazione digitale, e in chiave green, delle filiere di aerospazio e automotive su tutto il territorio nazionale. Si tratta di Damas, acronimo di Digital hub for automotive and aerospace, una realtà che aggrega aziende di primo piano nel Paese ed è pensata per rivolgersi a Pmi ma anche pubbliche amministrazioni.

Di Damas fanno parte: Leonardo (coadiuvato da Thales Alenia Space Italia ed e-Geos), con il ruolo di coordinatore unico, Ferrari, per la parte automotive, e Intesa Sanpaolo (finanza). Vi sono poi Pmi nazionali come E4 Computer Engineering, EnginSoft e Do It Systems. E poi partner quali Cineca, Iit, Cini, Muner , Crs4, Ctna. Damas si avvale delle competenze dei Digital innovation hub (Dih) regionali gestiti da Confindustria di Piemonte (che include Valle d’Aosta), Lombardia, Toscana, Lazio e Campania.
