Description
The course provides the knowledge and tools necessary for the use of the electromagnetic module in low frequency, as well as the RMxprt and Optimetrics tools.
The course introduces the use of Maxwell software and delves into tools dedicated to the modeling and analysis of transformers, generators and electric motors. The analytical code to support the design of electric motors and generators RMxprt will be presented in this context.
The parameterization and optimization tools integrated in the interface with the Optimetrics tool will be explained.
The course is presented with a distinctly application-oriented focus; Numerous examples of the modelling and solution of electric motors and generators are discussed and tested.
Recipients
Electrical, electronic, electromechanical, physical and design engineers who feel the need to use finite element computing in the context of virtual prototyping of electric machines.
Propedeutics
None.
