Suite for the design, calculation and verification of any mechanical transmission, both in static and in dynamic (NVH, electrification).

It fits perfectly into any phase of the product design process, from the rapid initial feasibility analysis, to the preliminary design and down to the most extreme detail of the transmission components (micro geometries of the tooth and bearings, oil films) and simulation of the component manufacturing process. It is possible to verify the fatigue behavior of the complete transmission, as well as the NVH in terms of modal analysis, the LTCA (analysis of the transmission error with increasingly precise models), the system harmonic response to the forcings considered up to the evaluation of the acoustic emissions in free field.

The simulation is also performed considering the effects of the housings, with FEM generated internally or externally to the SW and then imported.

All calculations are carried out on a single model, with consequent advantages in the management of archives during design, the simulation of prototype tests or constructive deviations on the finished product.

2D, 3D modeling is simple and intuitive.

MASTA interfaces with the most advanced and widespread CAD and CAE environments (both by importing and exporting the generated 3D models).
