EnginSoft began its pioneering adventure in the 80s establishing offices in Trento, Padua and Bergamo.
From the earliest days of engineering simulation EnginSoft has forged relationships both with manufacturers of so-called general-purpose technologies and with those developing cutting-edge applications in areas such as for the physics recurring in material forming processes, or for optimization and collaborative engineering.
Research and Innovation
EnginSoft was accredited as a Technology Transfer Laboratory by the Italian Ministry of Instruction, University and Research (MIUR) and began participating in both nationally and internationally co-funded research projects, rapidly gaining a reputation for excellence.
Presence in Italy
The company strengthened its widespread presence in Italy with the opening of offices in Florence, Mesagne and Turin.
Dedicated branches are opened in France, England, Germany, and later in Türkiye and the United States.
Ever part of its culture (e.g. the Technet Alliance, NAFEMS), EnginSoft's aptitude for networking also results in a new business model based on JVs with technology manufacturers and aimed at their international distribution.
EnginSoft Simulation Software Italia is born
ESSS and EnginSoft are starting EnginSoft Simulation Software Italia (ESSS Italia), a new company within the EnginSoft ecosystem, to focus on developing the Ansys software business supported by significant investment from ESSS to accelerate its growth.
